Box Office
The Rydges Melbourne box office is located on Level 1 near Rydges One. There is step-free access from the street to The Rydges Melbourne Foyer where you will find both stairs and an elevator available for access to all of the venues. The Box Office is open one hour before the first performance until 15mins after the final performance commences. All Comedy Festival box offices are cashless so only EFTPOS and credit card are accepted. Cash is not accepted.

Rydges Melbourne is located in close proximity to Parliament Train Station and is serviced by Bourke Street trams. Go to ptv.vic.gov.au for public transport information.
Level access tram stops nearby is Stop 9 Spring Street/ Bourke Street and Stop 10 Albert Street/ Nicholson Street.
Car Parking

The best spot for drop off and pick-ups is the valet driveway for The Westin, accessible from both Flinders Lane and Collins St.
Accessibility
The entrance to Rydges One is through the main entrance doors and up the stairs to the left of the main entrance. There are 36 stairs up this staircase and then Rydges One is right turn at the top of the stairs and in that corridor straight ahead.
For step-free/wheelchair access, there are lifts in the main foyer on the left, next to the bar. Take the lift to Level 1 and the performance space is directly to the right of the lifts. Bathrooms
There are bathrooms on the Ground floor and two sets of bathrooms on Level 1, next to Rydges One. Accessible bathrooms are available on the Ground Floor and on Level 1, opposite Rydges One.
Bars
There are two bars situated at the top of the main staircase that service all venues. There is step-free/wheelchair access to these bars via the lift.
