Box Office
The Westin Melbourne box office is located on the first floor near Westin Two. There is step-free access from the street to The Westin Foyer and both stairs and an elevator available for access to the first floor. The Box Office is open one hour before the first performance until 15mins after the final performance commences.  All Comedy Festival box offices are cashless so only EFTPOS and credit card are accepted. Cash is not accepted.

Transport Information

Public Transport
The Westin is located in close proximity to Flinders Street Train Station and is serviced by both Swanston Street and Collins Street trams. Go to ptv.vic.gov.au for public transport information.

Level access tram stops nearby are Stop 13 Flinders Street Station, Stop 11 Collins Street (Swanston St/Collins St) for trams 1, 3/3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67, 72 and Stop 6 Town Hall for trams 11, 12, 48, 109.

Car Parking
Secure Parking is proud to be a partner of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. They are offering all Comedy Festival ticketholders discounted parking at selected car parks. There are designated on-street Accessible Parking Bays available at the following locations:

• Flinders St between Elizabeth St and Swanston St
• Collins St between Russell St and Elizabeth St
• Flinders Lane between Elizabeth St and Swanston St
• Little Collins St between Russell St and Elizabeth St

The best spot for drop off and pick-ups is the valet driveway for The Westin, accessible from both Flinders Lane and Collins St.

Westin One
The entrance to Westin One is through the main entrance doors and up the large circular staircase directly in front of the main entrance. There are 34 stairs up the circular staircase and then Westin One is down the Level 1 corridor on the right.

For step-free/wheelchair access, there are lifts in the main foyer on the left, next to the reception desk. Take the lift to Level 1 and the performance space is directly opposite the lifts. Westin Two
The entrance to Westin Two is through the main entrance doors and up the large circular staircase directly in front of the main entrance. There are 34 stairs up the circular staircase and then Westin Two is down the Level 1 corridor on the left.

Bathrooms
There are bathrooms on the Ground floor and two sets of bathrooms on Level 1, next to Westin One and on the other side of the corridor opposite Westin Two.

Accessible bathrooms are available on the Ground Floor and on Level 1, opposite Westin Two.

Bar
There are two bars situated at the top of the main staircase that service all venues. There is step-free/wheelchair access to these bars via the lift.
