Don't miss this hilarious and engaging hour with a 2022 RAW Comedy State Finalist (who is quite aware of the stereotypes about the German sense of humour but wants you to change your mind).
This show might be a direct result of Maren not following the advice she received as a teenager to "never date an Australian", which she didn't think was ever going to come up growing up in Germany.
It features memories of her fellow Germans unwrapping an entire leg of ham while travelling on the train – just to cut a few slices for their sandwiches – but also tackles more serious topics such as complicated family dynamics and falling out of love, all while trying to defend stereotypes and slowly realising how many German sayings are in fact about sausages.
