The Funny Tonne

Good Girl

Good Girl

Roxanne Halley's Good Girl brings together a wide array of characters, accents and costumes to create an intriguing window into the female condition.

With distressed witches, dramatic (and at times desperate) party hosts and snooty etiquette teachers to name just a few, the show is intricately packed from start to finish.

Halley transforms into her characters with smoothness and incredible versatility, performing different physicalities and choices for each. While some are loud and confronting to some, they all paint a picture of how femininity, social presssures and understanding gender roles have changed/remained the same over time.

Good Girl is a fantastic demonstration of Halley's acting talent and storytelling and makes for quite an entertaining evening.
