ROADSHOW
For 20 years the Melbourne International Comedy Festival has been touring around Australia, bringing all the fun of the Festival to cities and towns nationwide. Beginning at the close of the Festival, the Roadshow visits over 80 destinations before heading to Asia, visiting Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and India. Dates for the 2020 Roadshow will be announced shortly, in the meantime you can check out the 2019 schedule for Roadshow here.
 

RAW COMEDY
RAW Comedy is Australia’s largest and most prestigious open mic comedy competition. For over 20 years RAW Comedy has brought the nation’s best new performers to light, with past competitors including Hannah Gadsby, Ronny Chieng, Celia Pacquola, Luke McGregor and Anne Edmonds. DEADLY FUNNY
Cheeky and loud, black and proud, Deadly Funny is Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s national comedy competition unearthing the freshest and funniest Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent from across the country. A truly one-of-a-kind program, Deadly Funny graduates include Kevin Kropinyeri, Andy Saunders and Steph Tisdell. For more info and to register your interest in Deadly Funny 2020 click here!
 

CLASS CLOWNS
Class Clowns is Melbourne International Comedy Festival's development program for young people around the country. From comedy workshops in schools to a national comedy competition, Class Clowns engages and inspires young funny peeps to hone their potential. Alumni includes Joel Creasey, Rhys Nicholson, Aaron Chen, William McKenna and Tom Ballard. Registrations for Class Clowns 2020 will open soon, for more info visit classclowns.com.au!

LOL SQUAD
LOL Squad is a development program for teenage comedians from the Class Clowns program, presented by Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Arts Centre Melbourne. Together with a range of professional mentors, LOL Squad write, act, film and edit original sketches and perform a live show during the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
