Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.

Don't Go Jason Waterfalls

Don't Go Jason Waterfalls

You might know him as a member of the Thank God You’re Here ensemble cast, or as that guy from the iSelect ads, but now Jason Geary is presenting his first ever solo Melbourne International Comedy Festival Show, and it’s a really fun time.

As you walk into the venue you’ll be greeted by Geary and given five ‘Jason Bucks’ which you can bet with throughout the show, it’s a great way of encouraging audience participation and gets the crowd interacting with each other.

With a combination of traditional stand-up, character and sketch comedy there’s something for everyone as Geary takes the audience on a journey through his life and ends with a surprisingly earnest and heartfelt message (no, not the iSelect slogan)
