The Funny Tonne

Virtually a Reality

Virtually a Reality

I think anyone who has been on the internet from far too young of an age can relate to getting into some weird situations. Jackie Hatton’s show Virtually a Reality explores the new world of Artificial Intelligence and deepfakes.

Hatton is known for her absurdist, yet relatable, sketch comedy content on social media and it’s fun to watch it translated into a stand-up show. If occasionally losing a bit of energy and direction, there are some really clever skits throughout.

Parodying a manipulative boyfriend turned AI subscription creation is a highlight that properly allows Hatton’s wit and wickedly creative brain to shine. This show is for anyone who has strong memories associated with Omegle.
